Our cheerleading program is one of the best in Seminole County. Our teams perform beautifully at competitions and have won many awards, including National Championships for the past 6 seasons, Grand Champions at Regionals and Nationals, and awards for choreography. We work hard and have fun at the same time!

Save the Dates: We will compete in up to 4 competitions. They are scheduled to be late October for Mid-Florida, Kaleigh Ottis on November 23, Regionals on Thanksgiving Weekend, and Nationals will be sometime between December 5-10. Competitions are MANDATORY in order to be a member of our cheer program. In addition, expect to participate in 8 games this season. Games take place on Saturday and we will post the schedules as soon as we have them.

Practices begin on August 1, 2024. We practice at Lake Mary High School in the field house or mat room. During the first two weeks of the season, teams will follow a different schedule than what will be used throughout the year. We make every effort to keep teams practicing on the same days, however, we have large teams and space dictates when we practice. Teams will practice up to 10 hours per week during the first two weeks. Practices are typically 2-2.5 hours long. Once the first two weeks are complete, the teams will adjust their schedules to 6-8 hours per week, based on age groups. We have to prepare for games and competitions at the same time, so there is a lot to accomplish in a very short. ATTENDANCE AT PRACTICE IS MANDATORY!!! If you are unable to commit to the schedule, please do not register this season as absenteeism really hurts the teams.

Over the summer, we will have uniform fittings. We will also offer a clinic and camp to prepare for the season. We typically hold the clinic in June and camp the weekend after 4th of July weekend but before July 15. There are additional fees for the clinics and camps to cover supplies, insurance, and space rental.

Our registration fee for cheer is $450 plus $50 for shoes. These fees cover the costs of uniform rental, facility rental, operational expenses, Mid-Florida, games, insurance, supplies, and an end of the year trophy. We also include, when the budget allows, practice wear, bows (that are required to match), and a bag. We also buy signs, music, pom poms, that are needed for performances. There will also be team fees collected at the team level. All accounts must be paid off no later than July 25.
